Which POS systems does Scanovator integrate with?

Compudime, Decimal, RDT, FirstChoice and Dell Data are integrated. QuickBooks orders come in through our order integration, Excel files import directly, and any other system can send orders in real time through our REST API.

Does Scanovator work with PrimeRX or Datascan for prescription delivery?

Yes. Pharmacies connect PrimeRX or Datascan, and prescription orders arrive ready to route, with the proof of delivery each one needs.

What delivery software works for a grocery store with its own drivers?

What do our drivers need?

An iPhone or Android phone with the Scanovator Driver app. It scans labels with the camera, navigates, collects proof and payment, and prints receipts on Zebra printers if you use them.

Does the driver app work without cell service?

Yes. The driver keeps working. Scans, photos, signatures and payments are saved on the phone and sent the moment the signal returns, and dispatch sees them in order.

How do customers get a delivery ETA by text?

A text with the arrival time goes out before the driver gets there, and a delivered text follows with the photo of the order at their door. Each store chooses which texts go out and how they read.

Can drivers collect payment or a copay at the door?

Yes. Drivers collect by card or cash on delivery, the payment is recorded against the order, and a receipt prints on a Zebra printer.

Can we run several stores?

Yes. Each location keeps its own drivers, routes, settings and phone numbers, and you see all of them under one account.
