We may collect your device’s advertising identifier for analytics purposes and share it solely with platforms such as Google Analytics to better understand app usage and improve performance.

1.5 Location Data

We collect and process location data, including precise GPS location, for core functionality of the Apps. This includes:

Real-time driver tracking and navigation
Providing accurate delivery ETAs
Verifying delivery completion and location accuracy
Route optimization and operational analytics

Location data may be collected while any of the Apps are in use and, where necessary for delivery operations, in the background.

This data is used strictly for delivery-related purposes and is not used for unrelated tracking.

Users may control location permissions via their device settings. Disabling location access may limit or prevent key App functionality.

1.6 Camera Usage

The Apps may request access to your device’s camera for:

Capturing proof of delivery (photos)
Scanning barcodes or labels
Supporting delivery workflow tasks

Camera access is only used when a user actively initiates a feature requiring it. The Apps do not access the camera in the background.

1.7 Microphone Usage

The Apps may request access to your device’s microphone for:

Voice communication features (if enabled)
Recording voice notes or delivery-related messages
Supporting communication between drivers and dispatch

Microphone access is only activated when explicitly initiated by the user. The Apps do not record audio in the background without user action.
